Whilst every effort is made to provide an accurate description of products we are not resposible for incorrect  interpretation of the data and furthermore we cannot accept resposibility for incorrect data supplied by the manufacturers. 3  On receipt of your order your payments will be processed by Paypal UK using the latest online security features available. In the interest of your privacy and security we will at no time have access to your credit or debit card details. In processing your orders you will receive a confirmation e.mail confirming your order . If you wish to cancel an order before it leaves us then you must phone 08703211875 to advise us of cancellation. E.mail notification of cancellation is not acceptable. If cancellation takes place after the product has left us then you will be liable for postage costs. You will also have to return the item to us at your own expense bofore any refund is issued.

4  On Delivery of your orders you must check the package for any damage and if the package contents cannot be checked at the time then you must sign for the goods as "unchecked" printed after your signature on any delivery documents. Failure to adhere to this instruction will invalidate any warranty claims for damaged goods.

5  Returns . When returning goods you must phone 08703211875 to advise us of the reasons for the return. You will be liable for return postage costs except in the event of warranty claims. For warranty claims you must phone 08703211875 when you will be issued with a returns reference number. Items returned  without obtaining a returns reference number will be returned to you at your cost.

6  Software . When purchasing software please be aware that software cannot be returned under any circumstances and by accepting delivery you are deemed to have checked the packaging for any damages. No discussion on this condition will be entered into and you must consult your local CAB for advice.

7  Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if the product is unopened and in the same condition as was when the product left us. Cancellations with damaged packaging or missing contents will not be accepted as returns but will be returned to you at your cost.

8  The law. These terms and conditions are governed by Scottish law and the Scottish courts at all times. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under the law.
